I’m not a fan of solo podcasts. I make a couple of exceptions, though. One is DumpRunnersClub, with Matt Tartar from Denver. He combines his own ups-and-downs (actually not that many downs until a recent several month injury about which he spoke on the RunnersRoundTable) with his knowledge of the professional work of running.
The other is Brenn, a soft-spoken runner with whom I had a nice conversation in the short-lived NYRunnersPodcast (ep. II (or 3, depending on how you count) ). But after a hiatus, he has returned, and I recommend a visit. He comes upon unusual things and has had some interesting adventures in his running.
I do enjoy the back-and-forth of a podcast, and I enjoyed my efforts with Matt and Brenn. If anyone wants to do one, just let me know.

Joe, I would do another podcast with you. I think a 15 or 20 minute conversation would be enjoyable.
And I am so happy Brenn’s back, too. He’s like NPR on running.

I’d like that too. 20 minutes sounds good. Let me know when.
